Build a list

Go through the baskets and add anything that looks close. It lives in your browser, it costs nothing and it orders nothing. It is a way of showing Tawana what you had in mind without having to describe it from scratch.

Tell her about the person

Who it is for, how old, what they are into, what colours, when you need it. This is the part that makes the difference — a basket built from a name and a birthday looks nothing like one built off a list.

Once she knows what is going in and how big you want it, she gives you a price there and then. Payment and collection get sorted at the same time.

Why there are no prices on this website. A basket for a four-year-old and a basket for a bridal party are not the same job, and pretending they cost the same helps nobody. Everything is bought for the specific order, so the price follows what you actually asked for. It takes her about two minutes on the phone. (423) 394-8569.

How much does a basket cost?
There is no price list, and that is deliberate. Every basket is different, so Tawana quotes each one herself once she knows what is going in it and how big you want it. Call (423) 394-8569 and you will have a number in a couple of minutes.
How far ahead do I need to order?
The more notice the better, because everything is made by hand and the pieces have to be bought first. A week is comfortable for most baskets. Holidays and weddings fill up early — December in particular is worth asking about in November.
Can you match a theme, a character or a colour?
Yes, and it is the part she enjoys most. Characters, school colours, wedding colours, a nursery scheme — tell her what you are matching and she will work to it.
Do you make the pillows yourself?
Tawana makes every pillow by hand. They are sold on their own, or built into a basket as the centrepiece. If you want the pillow to match the basket, say so when you call.
Can I order more than one?
Yes — bridal parties, teacher gifts, raffle baskets and office gifts are all regular orders. Multiples need more notice than a single basket, so call as early as you can.
How do I pay, and how do I collect it?
Both are worked out on the phone when she quotes you. Ask about collection and delivery at the same time.
